Officers from the Ilkeston Safer Neighbourhood Policing team are investigating an incident relating to shop thefts.
Marks and Spencer on the Waterside Retail Park was targted on an unspecified day. CCTV images picture a man wearing a black baseball cap with white motif on the front, a black hoodie and tracksuit bottoms both with white stripes down the sides, along with black trainers. He also had or has a ginger beard.
Officers believe that the man may be able to assist with enquiries.
