Erewash Community Transport (ECT) is a door-to-door service in which passengers are collected from and returned to the front door. Passengers using wheelchairs can be easily accommodated. Vehicles have tail-lifts fitted and drivers are fully trained to ensure passengers travel in safety and comfort. ECT is an independent registered charity, which operates Dial-a-Bus on behalf of Derbyshire County Council.
Terms and conditions apply for all users. To book, call the booking line which is open Monday to Friday from 8am to 3pm. Please note that bookings cannot be left via answerphone message or through drivers. Gold card users can travel free on any ECT Dial-a-Bus after 9:30am.
