The group offers Reminiscence Activiities suitable to anybody. We all love to chat about the old times..there is also the opportunity to take part in falls prevention, and chair based exercise, again suitable for anyone.
The door is open to all, you don't need a diagnosis, you could just need company, a chat and a cuppa.
